I have known and worked with Steve since 2016, initially when Steve was Chair of my Vistage group, but more recently I asked Steve to lead our EOS implementation. As our EOS Implementer and business coach to our senior leadership team at JJS Manufacturing Steve has done an excellent job. Steve is a practical and challenging business coach, combining his own business experience with a multitude of techniques and tools in areas of Strategic Planning, Execution, Value Proposition and Business Growth. As a facilitator of peer-groups and strategic planning sessions he runs interesting and challenging sessions that deliver on the goal and are fun to be part of. As an EOS implementer, Steve led our entire executive team through the EOS implementation journey, from initial strategizing and planning through the various levels of execution across the £60m multi site, international organisation. Our internal communications improved, accountability strengthened and the organisation became aligned behind a significant growth plan, helping to ultimately achieve a successful exit for the business owners.
